Peace Corps Volunteers teamed up with Moroccans at the Rose Festival to share SIDA prevention information and to urge fair-goers to take a rapid-HIV test that was sponsored by the association.

Peace Corps Volunteers partner with NGO's like OPALS; both lending a hand at World AIDS Day Event.

Welcome to Peace Corps Morocco's Sexual Health Committee website! The committee consists of eight volunteers (PCVs) who have a passion for work involving the promotion of sexual health/healthy relationships, HIV prevention, and the empowerment of young people so that they may make informed decisions about their health and their lives. The committee met in late 2013 and voted to expand the mission of the SIDA committee to include education about general sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and safe sex outreach.
We are now the Sexual Health Committee, and we are continuing on the path of helping Peace Corps Volunteers start the conversation about sexual health and healthy relationships in their respective communities.
